Cham LeCham Le is the current President of  Deaf In Government (DIG).  He would be honored to run another term as President in order to continue advancing our DIG objectives. He is proud of the DIG Board and Advisory Board members for working together to help each other achieve their professional and personal goals.  He has committed and delivered significant contributions to advance DIG capabilities.  Since being elected as your President, he accomplished with revenues, and partnership that our organization can deliver you the webinars, mentoring, DIG store, and few events.  He has leveraged my network with corporate partners to advance our DIG objectives and support corporations who have investment in our community.

We have aligned on our shared goals and priorities as a community, while also learning how to adapt to a virtual world. He is proud of our many accomplishments this year, and he intends to continue the beneficial programs we have implemented.  He also implemented our advisory board to shape our DIG’s objectives.  Our sponsors and stakeholders have seen how their contributions to DIG have shown return on their investment.  Cham looks forward to continuing my vision of Accessibility, Career Advancement, and Communication to our members.  His next term will focus to work with you on restructuring the organization in order to be aligned with the current environment. His goal is to serve our membership better with more agility and an expedited delivery, while working close to our Advisory Board Chair and Members. Under his leadership, he plans to ask each Board Member and Director to manage their program initiatives and collaborate with sponsors for programming.  Our DIG membership’s investment and membership fee has aided our programming volunteers when securing sign language interpreters and CART services during our professional training and programs. More donations and sponsorship from you, he intended to hire a contract executive director to deliver more resources to you. Without the investments from sponsors and members like you, DIG would not be able to deliver these incredible programs to you.  Our DIG Board, Advisory Board and the sponsorship corporations are amazing people who care deeply about our Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing community. The people involved with DIG want to provide excellent and innovative tools/resources for employees and users in order to achieve your professional dreams.
