DIG's mission is to both empower Deaf and Hard of Hearing Government Employees at the local, municipal, state and federal levels; and to support government entities. We address communication barriers, accessibility issues, and promote a full inclusive work environment through networking, fostering professional growth, and career advancement.

WHO Is DIG?
DIG serves as an employee support group for local, state and federal employees who are either Deaf or Hard of Hearing. We are committed to accessibility, networking opportunities, and the advancement of the deaf diaspora community.
