These are copies of IRS 990 Series that were filed.  We operate on a fiscal year of October to September, the same as the Federal Government.  The Form Year follows the beginning of the accounting year.  For example, DIG's FY2023 (October 2022 - September 2023), the IRS 990 is filed on Year 2022 form.
